Refund & Exchange Policy

All Returns must be within 7 days of order delivery date. Original tags, packages and label must be in its original (new/unused) condition. All sales are final once items are used/tampered with, and is non-refundable.

Return Process:

Please email support@kcasbeauty.com for confirmation. Once confirmation is recieved, place item securely in the original packaging (include order # & name on order), and mail your return to:

Refund Policy

Refunds

Once return order is received and inspected – we will process refund. Please allow 7 days from receipt of item for us to process refund and credit the original form of payment. Refunds can take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on credit card statement. We will notify you via email once refund has been processed.

Please Note:

There will be a 15% restocking fee and original shipping fee is non-refundable
Customer are responsible for return shipping cost
