13. Texture/Weft/Color Disclaimer

Our hair is offered in three categories: Straight, Wavy, and Curly. Each bundle is from a different individual and has its own unique characteristics. The photo on our website and social media reflects the textures and colors available, which come in natural black or brown. The hair can be dyed and can last up to two years with proper care. We recommend sealing the weft prior to use to prevent shedding.

14. Return

All returns must be made within seven days of the order delivery date. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind.
